We just wanted to send a note to thank you for the wonderful service you provided at Austin's Grad party last Friday evening. We received so many complements on the food. The pan fried walleye was such a fun idea and delicious. The ribs were outstanding!
We are so happy that we have another graduation in our home in three years. Please keep a Friday evening open in June 2014 for us!

Hi Mike,
I would like to Thank You for providing such a great meal on Saturday at our wedding. I cannot tell you how many people commented on how good the food was! Everything was ready on time, and went so smooth. I never even spoke to anyone from your staff that was there! I even liked the walleye, and I don’t typically eat fish! I wouldn’t have changed a thing.

Thanks so much! The day far exceeded my expectations!
Brian and Rob did a great job! They were very friendly and appeased to the guest request to look at the pig, try the pig, and answer any questions that they had! The pig was FANTASTIC! People were saying that they have been too many pig roasts that just didn’t live up to the hype, but they were happily surprised that this roast exceeded their expectationsJ!

I was going to send you an email yesterday, but we were too busy cleaning up. The pork was absolutely excellent! Many of our guests commented on the quality and the cooking of the meat. Several members of my family are full time farmers, so those comments really have some merit. We couldn't have been happier with your service and the quality of the food. Great work!

“Sometimes, no matter how hard you try, things just flat go wrong. But, every so often when all the stars are aligned, everything that you could ever dream of comes true. So was the case for our 2007 Union Picnic! Thank YOU for single handedly aligning all the stars at our annual picnic this year!
From the very first meeting, you made our planning committee so comfortable…The ultimate test was when our reservation number went from 270 (two weeks out from the picnic) to 400+ (three days ahead of the picnic!). You didn’t panic…you simply said in a very excited voice, ‘that’s great, we can do’!
The food, 2 pigs, 9 whole hams, 200 hot dogs, 200 brats, potato salad, beans, corn on the cob, chips, buns…down to the last cup of lemonade was absolutely the best!
You made us feel like we were dealing with family…thank you for providing more than we could have imagined.”

I write a letter of recommendation on behalf of Mr. Mike Conner. I have known him well for sixteen years. I first met him when I became President of Concordia in 1991 and I have worked with him in a variety of professional tasks since then. I give him my highest recommendation as a person of integrity, a responsible worker and a businessman who has provided excellent service at Concordia. He catered several events at Concordia and understands people, food and good business practices well. He is honest and caring; he wants every event to be a successful meaningful experience for those who plan the event and for those who participate. In the planning process, he listens carefully asking pertinent questions. At an event, he is a gracious host as he provides good food. I have heard nothing but praise about his attitude, skill and working relationship from staff here with whom he has planned and conducted events.
I also know him as a talented and successful professor who teaches and mentors others well. Colleagues admire him and enjoy working with him. Unique Dining Experiences made our first annual pig roast a huge success. Their know-how and foresight made our pig roast one of the most successful company events of the year. We are looking forward to working with Jeff, Mike and the rest of the staff at Unique Dining Experiences for our 2nd Annual Pig Roast. I highly recommend them to anybody, and look forward to working with them in the future.
