Please know we really loved the entire experience of working with you!  The party went very well and Ryan was very attentive and so very professional.  To know we had a chef with us, well, it made the food even more tasty!  If you asked me for any improvements?  Only thing I can think of is I didn't get any almonds with my green beans almandine! There.  How's that for having something to work on in the future?! Ha!

Seriously, it was as seamless and as perfect as could be, surpassing my expectations.  To be honest, when I read customer reviews I often wonder if friends and relatives were the ones writing them to help a business.  But since I had no connections to you, it is my pleasure to tell you in all honesty that everything was lovely.  It was a great value, as Amber helped work within our budget.  My guests were very impressed and several asked Ryan for his card!  He didn't have any with him, but I gave them the info, so I hope to learn you gained new customers from the dinner.

If you want to give my specific name to potential customers, I am happy to be a reference for your catering. I will gladly hire you again if we do anything like this.  I often throw parties, so maybe we can see you sooner than later.  I'll look forward to it.

Planning a wedding and reception can be very stressful and requires many decisions to be made. Not so with The Courtyards of Andover, which is an all inclusive event facility with multiple ceremony sites, banquet halls to accomodate large and small groups, and food service.

The outdoor ceremony site provides a picturesque event area with limitless photo opportunities. From our initial visit to our wedding day the focus was truly on us. Frank and Jeff exceeded all of our expectations. We never had one problem. They were very open to our needs and helpful with suggestions, regarding menu options, ceremony, and reception set up.

We were lucky to have the rain stop shortly before our outdoor ceremony. Frank and crew quickly and beautifully set up for our ceremony at the last minute. From the front line staff to the service personnel, all were very courteous and friendly. The food was beyond delicious. We received many compliments from our guests. The people and the capabilities at The Courtyards of Andover helped to make our wedding day the most amazing day.

Things moved along so smoothly and we never had to worry about a thing. To anyone who would ask about an event center, the first choice would be The Courtyards of Andover. There is no second choice. Thank you so much.

As part of my job, I play the role of event planner quite often. When it came time to plan my own wedding at the venue I wanted (my Aunt’s ranch in Ham Lake), I bid out to about 20 caterers, all of whom I had worked with in the past. None of them were giving me exactly what I wanted. I needed someone that could work with the location, provide an upscale menu and I had a specific desert in mind.

I wanted crème brulee to be finished off with the torch, table side. I had also taken advantage of Haskell’s wine sale and procured the wine/champagne but needed someone to pour the champagne toast at just the right time as well as tend the bar. When I first spoke with Unique Dining Experiences, I shared these things with them. They said they had never done crème brulee in the past but were willing to look into it.

About a week later, we had our first face to face at the venue, they brought crème brulee for us to taste! Needless to say, I was impressed as I know the dish is labor intensive and this had been their first go at it – it was delicious. I appreciated that UDE was a family run business, all local. From the get-go, they made me feel confident that they would design my menu and deliver a wonderful meal along with the specific aesthetics I desired. They delivered. The morning of the wedding, my team of girls and I went to the ranch to take care of last minute items. Of course, that time went quickly and soon my girls were urging me to return to the hotel to get ready - not everything was done.

The UDE team offered to take over and complete what was still on my list. I am particular about the look of things and was concerned for a minute – I had no need to be. They took over and completed setting up the wedding favors and bread baskets exactly how I’d asked. The morning of the wedding, we had torrential rains until about 9AM so there had to be some changes in where catering was staged – they took everything in stride and even covered some things that hadn’t been asked of them. They worked so hard from 7:30AM to after 11PM, the entire family/staff – all with a smile. I’m getting a little choked up about it, just remembering all the big and little things they did to make our day such a special one.

One other thing – they even offered the left over food for us to keep and use later. I still have goat cheese in my freezer and used the cranberries at Thanksgiving – a nice little reminder of a magical day. I couldn’t recommend Jeff and the Unique Dining Experiences team more. You will be thrilled with the quality and level of personal service you receive should you choose to go with them. I STILL get comments from friends and family about how amazing the food was that day. That feels good. Unique Dining Experiences made our first annual pig roast a huge success. Their know-how and foresight made our pig roast one of the most successful company events of the year. Sometimes, no matter how hard you try, things just flat go wrong. But, every so often when all the stars are aligned, everything that you could ever dream of comes true. So was the case for our 2007 Union Picnic! Thank YOU for single handedly aligning all the stars at our annual picnic this year! From the very first meeting, you made our planning committee so comfortable…The ultimate test was when our reservation number went from 270 (two weeks out from the picnic) to 400+ (three days ahead of the picnic!). You didn’t panic…you simply said in a very excited voice, ‘that’s great, we can do’! The food, 2 pigs, 9 whole hams, 200 hot dogs, 200 brats, potato salad, beans, corn on the cob, chips, buns…down to the last cup of lemonade was absolutely the best! You made us feel like we were dealing with family…thank you for providing more than we could have imagined.
