To Whom It May Concern:
I write a letter of recommendation on behalf of Mr. Mike Conner. I have known him well for sixteen years. I first met him when I became President of Concordia in 1991 and I have worked with him in a variety of professional tasks since then. I give him my highest recommendation as a person of integrity, a responsible worker and a businessman who has provided excellent service at Concordia. He catered several events at Concordia and understands people, food and good business practices well. He is honest and caring; he wants every event to be a successful meaningful experience for those who plan the event and for those who participate. In the planning process, he listens carefully asking pertinent questions. At an event, he is a gracious host as he provides good food. I have heard nothing but praise about his attitude, skill and working relationship from staff here with whom he has planned and conducted events.
I also know him as a talented and successful professor who teaches and mentors others well. Colleagues admire him and enjoy working with him. In summary, I have enjoyed working with Mr. Conner and have appreciated the quality of his work and the way he conducts himself and his business. I give him my highest recommendation without reservation.
Respectfully submitted,
Robert Holst
