We replicate an authentic Minnesota Shore Lunch right in your back yard! We build brick fire pits and cook in large frying pans over a real wood fire. We can bring along our canoe and tents to create the ambiance of a northern Minnesota lakeshore!

We take pride in our flexibility by also offering whole turkeys, pork roasts, beef roasts, chicken, hot dogs, hamburgers and brats.

We can provide any menu item you desire and can meet all your party needs including: tents, tables, chairs, inflatable games for kids, face painters, clowns and more!
